How it works:

  • A quiet and secluded area is designated to set up massage equipment
  • A sign-up sheet is circulated in advance; employees are asked to sign up for a specific time
  • Massage times can range from 5-30 minutes for chair massage; 30 minutes and up for table massage
  • Employees may pay for their own massage, unless other arrangements have been made
